Tree Pose for Balance

This pose is great for flexing your balancing muscles in your whole body. For your feet it helps spread the toes out and grip to maintain stability.

Try and tighten your core and keep you chest and head straight.

If you have trouble with standing on one leg use a chair or wall until you feel confident.

Another tip is to find a focus point out in front of you.

Make sure to hold for an equal amount of time on each side.

Once you find stability you can balance you energy and emotions, take slow deep inhales and exhales and hold as long as you can.
